Woo Commerce Shipping

My business is selling, manufacturing and delivering fitted kitchen furniture nation-wide through sales off our website. I would like to charge customers £1.20 per mile at the woo commerce checkout for furniture deliveries based on the customers postcode in relation to our factory location.

We also sell smaller items for normal post and courier delivery with free delivery offered on sales over £100. Is this something you can do?
