Website Scraping Python Code Required

I need a delivered python code which will scrape the website links in the attached file and extract the relevant firm data as shown in the attached pdf from the links shown in the text file. Please only offer a proposal if you have looked at the website and understand how to do this work. Please explain in your proposal what libraries you intend to use and what difficulties do you see in extracting the required data.

I need the script and all the data extracted as well into a csv file of your design and format
