General information for the website: A website where users can post comments on phone numbers
Description of requirements/features: We would like a website to be created where users can search a phone number and add comments about it.
Similar sites already exist and we are looking to operate our own.
Users can search and add phone numbers and then comment on them anonymously (or register as a user if they want).
As admin, we would need standard functions such as the ability to delete/edit comments, ban users, see IP's of posters, etc.
We are open to you creating this from scratch or using a ready made script that would be suitable if you know of one.
