Hi Guys

I have a PHP form that another developer has designed for me. It's essentially a form which presents the user on the website with a list of rooms in a house from which they can select items of furniture against.

Basically the form should then use its formula to calculate the size of this furniture.

What I need a price for is installing this php form on my website, plus also in the address fields a calculator that works out the mileage between the 2 postcodes. I have a PostCode Anywhere API which can populate the address from a Postcode lookup and also calculate the distance between the 2 addresses.

I then need the calculation of the firm for the size of furniture to be Compared against the distance between the two addresses and for that data to be referred to a price matrix in a table to then display a price to the customer on the website.

I also then need all this data to be passed to our CRM system, that integration is already working and live, so I think I just need to create the fields for that bit myself.

I'm on a very tight budget as we have overspent on some other works. But, I think with me having everything ready and all the services also ready and pulled together, this could be a fairly job.

Basically using the calculation in the form and pulling data and references from another table or service and simply bringing it all together in one place.

Could you please give me a rough idea of how much you think this kind of work would cost?

I can of course give you more information and access to the php and api info if required.
