Website automation

I need a script in python with selenium or puppetter that:

1) login into a website (credential will be shared)
2) create an ad filling some needed values (I'd love to have a sort of template and the script can choose randomly from it which ad create)
3) solve the captcha
4) check every 30 mins if the ad is still present - if not post it again or post a new one chosen from template.

This script must work in background, without opening any browser.

Availability to work on an adult environment.
