⎫ Jobs available for public access to search.
⎫ In the beginning if a user is registered he/she can log in and access the job information; otherwise he/she must be registered as a new applicant to be able to apply for a job.
⎫ After logged in an applicant can search a job.
⎫ If the registered user found a convenient job, he/she can apply for it.
⎫ The recruitment department is responsible to post jobs on web and follow what the applicants do. And to check the status of the posted jobs.
⎫ After the candidate applies, then the system selects the a screener who has the least number of jobs in their inbox and assigns the job to them.
⎫ After the screen screens, the results are emailed to a 2nd screener who can screen by pressing buttons on an email, if they do nothing within 24 hours, candidate is sent an email.
⎫ After the selection processes have been made, the recruitment department set interview for the selected candidates; those who are not selected can see their status.

I got some quick queries for you to consider. Do you mind giving me an appointment?
Thanks & regards
I can start work immediately.
We can use WordPress for this because it is user friendly or seo friendly too.
Also if you require any customizaction so easily you can do it.
Can u share any reference website? so I can understand what kind of features and functionality you want in website.
Around it will take 2-3 weeks.
I need to ask if your budget is flexible because the given the requirements, the budget seems to be very low when I consider design, development and testing.
