Web scraper to run on Windows with CSV output

Good day,
We are looking for a web scraper to run daily on our windows server in Python.
We would like two output files, one with all of the data and one with just a small amount of the data (only 3 fields). Both of the files need to be copied into a backup folder as well as the main folder.

The output format should be laid out as per the attached template files.
The website requires a login so will need a config file to set the username and password
The fields will need some manipulation, for example splitting the output into separate columns and putting certain data in specific columns.
We would like to extract a barcode from the site, although it doesnt appear on the product page. It can be accessed by adding the product to the cart and viewing it on another page. This may need to be a separate script if it cannot be implemented within the standard scrape.

We have had a previous scraper but sadly the website layout has changed so it no longer works, I can send this over if it is useful.

We are looking for someone to work with us on a long business relationship as we often need scrapers designed.
