Web Developer Required for a Website & WebApp (Front & Back End)

I am looking for a talented developer to assist in bringing my project to life. I have already engaged with a designer (via People Per Hour) who is currently assisting with the UX and UI design, but I need a developer who specialises in building web applications. I essentially need a front-end website (detailing the product, costings, services etc.), a high-functioning WebApp (i.e. a dashboard) and an admin portal.

I have created a defined brief and I have an initial mock up of the design and would be more than happy to arrange a Zoom call to discuss the idea in more detail, and provide as much information as possible to enable you to provide a quote.
