I am looking for a webdesigner or programmer to design and program a website, I want it too look similar to this one:

I like the look, don't want the exact same one, but rather just give you an idea of what I like, and what kind of style I am looking for.

I also do not want as many pages as you see. There are a total of 4 to 5 pages for the site.

it says 500$, but the budget is between 500-800$.
