We need a web-based app in PHP to sync with an online XML file

We have a WooCommerce store in development, and we need to connect to an online XML and sync the products, including the photos. However, the XML is password protected. So for this, we need to create a web-based app in PHP that will connect to the XML and download it to a MySQL database.

1. We need to connect to the online XML, but the plugin should have an option to add a data source, where we specify the connection, username and password for future connections.

2. We need to be able to select what we sync. The XML has categories, so it can be like that, or it can be by product. We need to make rules and have a selective sync, so we can choose brand = ABC and model = XYZ, for example.

3. There is also a Google sheet as a separate item that is not password protected that we need to sync.

4. This can be a manual sync, or by cron job.

5. It should have an easy to use and well designed graphical user interface (GUI).
