We need a small web application cloned

The application is to input and edit vehicle specifications.
There are about 200 fields / items of vehicle information broken down into about 15 categories
We already have the database and most of the php and js files that will be needed including the form html page.
There is a working example online to follow and get an idea of what we need. We will provide to files and links once the job is accepted. Estimate it would take one maybe two days to complete.
We already have a new website being built in Laravel if it could be tied into that in future that would be good.
Database table names included here but full database structure already completed and included.

Features of the application
Once basic details are added
a simple single edit page of the inventory broken down into categories is produced with users able to quickly check of items included or add more detailed information about each item.
Some login or secure transfer from our other sites login.
A display of final details to print or copy and paste.
There should be ability to add photos but we can leave that for the moment.
We are looking for UK and Ireland based developers because of time zone and English as first language.
