THis is over and finished.
No payment is being made.
The job was issued 3 months ago, within the quote you will see Facebook linking, They did not research it correctly and we had to wait for FB to verify their work , this failed due to the content submitted to Facebook. this is not our fault, we paid for 4 features we agreed, we had to wait becasue of their lack of research.
I even paid them previously for work that never worked on Webrtc and we scrapped and lost this
3 days ago we reported nothing working after i had to get my developer involved as they missed deadline after deadline for months, i am happy to give you the skpye conversation and statements from other freelance developers, they had ample opportuinity to fix and do this but never could, always some excuse
i have now blocked them from skpye and will never work with them again.
we will not pay any funds for work not complete.
i have had to pay £300 for a developer to merge their work because they left it so late, did not listen to warnings that it was being updated and so a new developer had to do that part, on checking the work none of the 3 features they actually did worked 100% as instructed and described.
i can clearly evidence they kept saying android would work but not apple they need to do things, netiehr worked.

please refund all moneys in escrow and i will take another hit on the shocking quality of people on PPH in certain areas. some are brilliant but a lot need removing.

Facebook has recently changed their policies of providing apis and data sharing...
As it was not our fault if they have updated their policies and changed the rules of data sharing apis... and before that all the work has done in android and ios. I have also the chat on skype where you have accepted for 3 points other than facebook chat. We also have the chat where you have accepted that 3 points had been done. only facebook point was remained. and you added mr deepak and after that your system has crashed again and you blamed me and sachin.
so its a request to provide us the payment for the three points and no one associated with its payment since we have worked. you have to pay for our hard work.
