We need a backend coder who is able to write web api.

We are looking for a backend coder who is able to write web api using node js written in typescript. Express js (or alternative) can be used. Security is not a concern at present. Needs to be able to do test-driven development. Is this something you can do? We are looking for approximately 10-20 hours of work initially. If you have UX/UI development knowledge using Adobe XD, we may have additional work for you. This phase of the project is expected to last for the next 3-4 months with MVP created by July 1 so more work will be available for the right person.
