The Task expected from the Python code:
1) reading a CSV file from a given folder id on Drive that contains a list of Youtube video ids.
2) Using Youtube-dl or yt-dlp fork of that same to download each relevant video in VP9 compression at 144p in either format WEBm or MKV as required.
3) If the Video is geographically restricted, use a prepared proxy to download it from the relevant region.
4) log the video ids where they no longer exist or any other reason in a CSV file one per line named unobtainable.CSV in a given folder id on Drive
5) Name each downloaded video file according to this convention: VF_"video id"."WebM or MKV and save it in a given Folder id on Drive.
6) deploy the same code as a standard AppEngine in the client's project in Google cloud
7)Deploy the same code as a flexible AppEngine in the client's project in Google cloud.
