Easy, tons of examples available online, but I'm late : I need a single HTML Page using HTML5 Video Capture.
After authorization, the page starts the camera (fullscreen), with a Record button.
Pressing record button starts recording.
Pressing record button again stops recording, and uploads the file to a PHP upload script.
I need the whole stuff, working, that I could test online (including the upload part).
NB : should work on desktop and mobiles too ! (iphone & android)

On which mobile browser you want that working? It is doable by webrtc but it is not supported by every browser.
