VBA code clean up needed

Hi There. I have an excel VBA macro containing a lot of Loops. Overtime the macro has stopped functioning. I used a freelancer here before to fix some debug issues in the code however it now seems like the macro gets stuck in infinate loops - sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. Its probably due to the dataset on the input increasing over time or the structure of the code/loops is not effiecient. Im looking for someone to review the code and clean it up especially the loops. This may take several hours to do so appreciate any ball park quotes on replies to the ad. Thanks
