VB net framework com-visible DLL, inc NuGet Package use from VBA

Currently have integrated Docusign in a VBA Application (Microsoft Access Database). Need to change authentication method to OAuth2. Issue is the ability to generate the signature part of a JSON web token using the RSA SHA-256 digital signature & Public & Private Keys from the VBA database. I believe the Docusign NuGet package contains this method. The other option is to use the NuGet package to generate the JWT itself and I have a C# code snippet to help with this. So the request is to create a COM-visible DLL that I can use from VBA to generate the JSON Web token either the full token or the RSA SHA-256 signature part using parameters passed from the current VBA application.
