We have a website sign up application form that needs styling in a new style. We have the style we like as a image, so this would just need to be updated and improved.

Of course this would need to be tested in a test environment first, them uploaded to a live site.

CakePHP, Bootstrap, CSS, PHP - must be able to handle this.
