Troubleshoot Iframe for Acuity, WhatConverts, Google Ads

I am experiencing issues with an embedded iframe that integrates Acuity Scheduling, WhatConverts, and Google Ads on my website. The iframe is used for booking appointments, and some users are reporting that it does not load or function properly across different browsers and devices.

The iframe dynamically generates the Acuity Scheduling booking form based on cookie data from WhatConverts, but there seems to be an issue with how the integration is working. We are unable to replicate the issue, which means that despite successful tests on our end, we are still receiving feedback about broken functionality from visitors.

Consequently, I am unable to state in specific terms exactly what the issue is. So an important aspect of this project will be accurate diagnosis.
