I have a location-allocation problem with 20 customers. I have found the euclidean distances codes for the distance that need to be improved.
customer = C
The codes need to be improved to calculate the total distance from C1 to all other customers (C1 to C2, C1 to C2, C1 to C3, C1 to C4,……., C1 to C20) and find the total (the total distances from C1 to all other customers), and repeat the proses for all other C. for example (C12 to C1, C12 to C2,….., C12 to C20)
