Tidy Excel data from PDF

I have several PDFs listing all the veterinary practices in England. I have used a free online converter to convert this data into Excel format. However, the data is messy and placed in clusters. Not every cluster has the same number of fields (address lines). I would like the data tidied neatly into columns - practice name, address line 1, address line 2 etc. See Tidy Sample attached.

I am assuming the only way to tidy this data quickly would be with a Visual Basic script, though I am happy to be proved wrong. I have also attached a sample of the untidy data, as well as the raw PDF in case you can think of another way to go about this. I have 8 of these PDFs which need doing in total, and each of them has thousands of entries.
