Design Improvements
New off-the-shelve theme i. Designer will modify it to make it suitable for Thriftify branding. Emails also need to be designed. Our current mobile conversion is very low.

Mobile Conversion is 1.75% compared to 2.24% on desktop and 3.58% on tablet.

With these design improvement, the goal is to increase mobile conversion significantly.

This page need to group items based on retailer shop. Shipping is charged separately by retailer shop. Customer pays shipping per charity retail shop location.

Display and charge shipping rates per charity retailer outlet.

Send one order confirmation email to customer




Orders Split
If order contain multiple items from various charity retailers shops, then split order into multiple orders, one order per charity retailers shops

Split according to attribute:
In this condition products having the same attribute (retailer outlet id) will be clubbed into a single order and different orders will be created for different attributes.

Example: Order contain following items
a. Product A belongs to Retailer Outlet 1
b. Product B belongs to Retailer Outlet 2
C. Product C belongs to Retailer Outlet 1
d. Product D belongs to Retailer Outlet 3

In this case , Order will be split into 4 different orders:

a. Order 1 having products of Retailer outlet 1 i.e. A, and C
b. Order 2 having product of Retailer outlet 2, i.e Product B
c. Order 3 will be of none of Retailer outlet 3, i.e Product D

Order Fulfillment
Retailer shop ship, print label for order containing their items using retailer dashboard. As soon order is marked shipped, system generates email for that particular order and notify customer.

Label Printing
Integrate with https://scurri.docs.apiary.io/# and Allow Retailer users to print shipping labels using retailer dashboard.

Order Refunds
If one of the charity retailer shops unable to fulfill the order, allow refunds for individual shop order only.

Order Emails
Send one order email to customer.

Retailer Order Notification
When order is placed, send order notification via email. Have already done code for this. Just need to update email template

Development Methodology
We use Agile.

Project Discovery Phase
Develop and Agree Prioritized Product backlog
Break backlog into tasks.
Create sprints plan to deliver all agreed tasks. Each sprint should last for 2 weeks. At the end of sprint, agreed tasks are developed, tested and pushed to staging site for testing.

Daily Standup
Standups (Daily or Bi-weekley)
Once tasks are defined and agreed for Sprint, daily 15 minute call is required to quickly discuss each team member tasks

End of Sprint
At the end of sprint, Product Owner/Manager present developed features to whole team
Discuss what went right , what went not so right, and what could be improved
