Hi Silvia, before discussing workflow ownership I’d like to understand whether most of the instability currently comes from Airtable record structure changes, n8n execution logic, or WordPress publishing/API synchronization issues? Also, do you already have centralized logging/version tracking for automations, or would part of this role involve introducing a more structured monitoring and rollback process to reduce silent failures and duplication events?
Thanks

Hi Silvia,
A few questions from my side before proceeding:
1. Approximately how many active n8n workflows are currently running in production?
2. Are most failures currently related to Airtable logic, API sync issues, WordPress publishing, or workflow recursion?
3. How are logs currently handled — inside n8n only, Airtable logging tables, external monitoring, or custom reporting?
4. Are there staging/testing environments for workflows before production deployment?
5. How many WordPress properties/sites are connected to the system?
Looking forward to your answers.
