Symfony developer needed for various projects

I'm looking for a competent Symfony developer to help out on various projects. I'm willing to consider offshore, or near shore developers. However, you must have a good command of English and most importantly of all be very technically competent. A lot of this work will require you to problem solve without constant input from myself. All code must be written to PSR standards and have associated unit and functional tests, this is non-negotiable.

I will be looking for someone to work 5 days a week, 6-8 hours per day, daily rate will be £100/day.

I've been let down by a previous developer from PPH so it's very important you've read this brief fully. I'm looking for a developer for 5 days a week at £100/day, you must be a good communicator and not disappear for days on end without any communication. Code MUST be functional and working and invoices will not be paid until the code is pushed into the git repository and tested.
