Stage 1 – Staff Registration
Registration page, to accept zero hour contractors details
• Name
• Address
• Date of Birth
• National Insurance
• Sort Code
• Account Number
• Email
• Mobile
• Photo (passport style)
• Vaccination Status
• Experience – Logistics, Kitchen, Chef, Hospitality Waiter, Hospitality Bartender, Till operator – these are examples of skills that will need defining in admin, and ticking on registration
We also need a section with a title of “HMRC Starter Form” and link to a 3rd party government form
“Please complete this form online, then print and sign it. You will need to hand this in to your Unity at Work in order to receive your first payment for employment”

Other fields required for admin purposes:
• Employee status – approved, declined, pending need more info, on warning, on suspension
• No shows – a date field to log whether a staff member fails to turn up to work. 2 no shows will result in a suspension. Somehow this process will need managing. It’s not a high priority for development but a field to be used in future
• Starter Form Completed – a Yes/No field
Stage 2 – Staff Availability
Similar system to WT Agency – see screenshots below including
• Early, Late shift availability on/off
• 30 day availability chart
Stage 3 – Event management
Admin will need to define multiple event details consisting of date, time, venue, roles required, and then based on staff availability, to allocate staff to events/roles
Staff will need to see in their portal any events and roles that they have been allocated
