Speed up https://manandvangreaterlondon.com/ website

We built a website hosted on a shared server.

The site is slow reported by semrush and gt matrix.

We moved it to a virtual private server, but it was still slow. So we raised a ticket with the web host 20i.

we have activated VPS server with you and made a copy of the same website to: https://greaterlondonremovals.com/
When we scan it with GT matrix it gives us lower speed 52 % ( https://gtmetrix.com/reports/greaterlondonremovals.com/b7CnwRxx )

Your VPS is lower speed than the shared hosting? Is there anything that we can do to improve the speed?

Hi Mark,

Thanks for getting in touch.

Checking this the VPS doesn't seem to be using more than 2% of the VPS' capacity. Therefore this is very likely an issue with how you have set up the PHP settings. Unfortunately as the VPS platform is unmanaged we will not be able to help with this though and we recommend contacting a developer.

So it appears our PHP settings might be the cause of the slow speed. We need someone to fix this properly and speed up the site.
