At present we use a local access database with a bit of VBA to enter our risk assessments. What we're looking to develop is a windows application which remote PC's can log onto which then connects to a SQL/Access/etc database held on our webserver. There would need to be a user interface for:

1) Login (Consultants/Clients)
2) Entering of risk assessment data (Consultants)
3) Viewing of Specific Reports (Consultants/Clients)
4) Management of access rights/editing data (Database Admin)
