The platform will be designed to manage client information, scheduling, and reporting, and must be fully localized in Dutch. The ideal candidate or team will collaborate remotely and deliver a robust, user-friendly product, meeting both functional and compliance requirements for the Dutch market.

Objective
Develop a cross-platform software solution for the Dutch market that enables organizations to manage clients, track progress, schedule tasks, and generate reports efficiently. The platform will be web and mobile-friendly, fully localized in Dutch, and integrate third-party APIs like Stripe/Mollie while complying with Blik op Werk standards.

• Client Management:
o Registration of client data (education, work history, subsidies).
o Progress tracking with date and time-stamped notes.
o Exportable client reports (PDF/Word format).
• Agenda & Scheduling:
o Automated scheduling of tasks based on predefined workflows.
o Manual adjustments and notifications for upcoming tasks.
• Document Management:
o Uploading and organizing files within client profiles.
o Generating new documents using pre-designed Word templates.
• Email Integration:
o Sending emails directly from the platform.
o Storing incoming emails in client or project files.
• Reporting Tools:
o Custom selection and export of data for reports.
o Visual summaries of key metrics (graphs, charts).
2. Third-party Integrations
• Payment Gateways:
o Integration with Stripe or Mollie for processing payments.
• Blik op Werk Compliance:
o Exporting data for satisfaction surveys and results measurements required by Blik op Werk.
