Overview

We run MyProject.ai
— a modern platform built with Next.js that helps businesses manage projects and customer engagement efficiently.

We’re looking to outsource the development of a new app that integrates Shopify and WooCommerce with our platform.
The goal is to allow merchants to create and embed customizable forms (like Get a Quote, Request a Callback, Service Enquiry, etc.) directly on their stores, while submissions are stored, tracked, and managed inside MyProject.ai.

    I have some queries. Please have a look and share your response

    1. Should the forms be fully customizable by the merchant (e.g., drag-and-drop builder, field types, styling), or limited to predefined templates managed from MyProject.ai?

    2. How should authentication and data sync work should merchants connect their Shopify/WooCommerce accounts via OAuth to MyProject.ai, or will you provide API credentials manually?

    3. Do you already have APIs in MyProject.ai for handling form submissions, or will part of the scope include building the backend endpoints to receive and manage that data?

    Form Customisation
    We can include a drag-and-drop form builder, but certain mandatory information fields must always be present.

    Authentication and Data Sync
    Merchants will have a trader account on MyProject.ai, and they will authorise their connection to MyProject.ai through the marketplace.

    APIs for Form Submissions
    We currently do not have APIs for handling form submissions. Please provide a quote for both options — with and without building the backend endpoints.
