Senior Frontend Developer (React & TypeScript)

We are a venture-backed startup, currently in stealth mode, in the real estate market and plan to launch our platform during the summer. Currently, we are already 20 employees and our ambition is to change the frustrating user experience in real estate.

We are currently looking for team members that join us for long term. Our budget is flexible and highly depends on your skillset.

This is a full time or almost full time role (40h/week).


# Job description & responsibilities

- Implement the features and user interfaces in our products to provide a stellar user experience
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and software engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products
- Provide guidance on architecture and software design
- Leverage your technical knowledge to constantly raise the bar of quality across our software portfolio.
- Craft durable, well-tested code with an unwavering commitment to product quality.

We are using the following technologies in our frontend tech stack: TypeScript & JavaScript, React, Next.js, Contentful, GraphQL, Apollo, Storybook, Jest, Cypress, GitHub Actions


# Profile & qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong fundamentals and experience working with JavaScript, TypeScript and React and the latest web standards
- 5+ years of experience in building clean, maintainable and scalable code
- You have good knowledge of Git, development workflow automation, automated testing (we are using Jest and Cypress) and continuous integration
- It’s not enough for you to build a good product, you want to build the best product!
- You have a strong focus on good user experience and a sense for excellent web design
- You have a high level of commitment, initiative and are very result oriented
- Very good communication skills in English – we are an international remote team and this is key to good collaboration
