Search Box PHP MySQL Jquery Ajax

Please read carefully and respond as requested to avoid being ignored.

I need a nice looking search facility that populates as the user types (as per google).

The box should have the options for an "exact match" or a "contains"

The results are retrieved from a MySQL database hosted on the website.

Where there is more than one match the results are to be presented in the order prescribed by the priority field in the database.

The results are to be presented on the same page as the user types

You may be required to provide guidance on getting it set up on the site.
The job will not be deemed complete until it is up and running on my site.
