Script Required to Display Auto Trader Dealer Cars from .CSV File

General information for the website: We advertise cars from Auto Trader

Description of requirements/features: One of our clients would like his Auto Trader cars advertised on his website. Auto Trader have said this is possible by using a script to read and display the data which they export (please see attached files).

What we are looking for, is a script which can read and display the information within the attached .CSV file(s) and display the client's Auto Trader car listings on his website, just as they are on Auto Trader.

All features available to users on the client's Auto Trader page must also be available on his standalone website, e.g. gallery images and pagination, etc.
