Repair windows vista 32 support needed asap

I want to explain in better detail what happened:
I was transfering photos from my camera to laptop and after it finished I pulled out the usb cable and the computer froze. So I had to restart it but it wouldnt restart. It got stuck on the loading screen and then said it needs to do self repairs. It did that for a while and then said it couldnt repair so it had to restore. I clicked restore and it did that for a while but nothing happened. I still can not enter in my computer. I can only enter in safe mode

let me know asap if you can fix this and when we can do it
