    The services that I offer are below
    Business Support Contracts

    We offer a support contract where for a fixed monthly amount we can provide

    â�’¢ Guaranteed Remote Access Response Time â�� If remote assistance is required to fix a particular software problem including configuration, we guarantee that we will access the problematic machine within 3 working hours, if it is a server problem or a multi user problem then we will access the machine within 2 hours.
    â�’¢ Guaranteed On-Site response Time â�� If a site visit is required which is outside of the normal maintenance visits, we guarantee to be onsite within 3 hours for a server or multi user problem, or 6 hours for all other issues.
    â�’¢ Unlimited Telephone Support â�� we are available on either the landline number or mobile number at any time during our office hours which are 08.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday for any queries relating to the system and for support, outside of these hours we are available but you will be charged for any support given on a pro rata basis and is charged in 10 minute blocks or part thereof. Phone support is available 7 days a week from 08.00 until 20.00.
    â�’¢ Preventative Maintenance Visits â�� One of our technicians will visit you to carry out routine housekeeping and fixing of problems which are not urgent and did not require an emergency response. On site schedule would be laid out in the support contract, the work that would be carried out would include, installing new updates and patches, optimising hard drives, checking network configurations and network hardware. If any problems or concerns are found then these would be detailed in a report with recommendations to correct the fault. Any improvements would also be included in this report.
    â�’¢ No Yearly Contract Period â�� unlike most competitors, we do not insist on a yearly contract period, you can cancel your contract at any point and you shall receive support up to the final day of the paid period without any penalty. The support contract premium is paid monthly in advance. The first payment will be via invoice the rest will be by standing order on the 1st of the month. We reserve right to withdraw our support service if payment is not made in advance with the above terms.
    â�’¢ Dedicated Engineer â�� To promote consistency of service and familiarity with your network and systems, we will allocate a dedicated engineer; wherever possible the dedicated engineer will respond to all support requests and attend the monthly maintenance visits.
    â�’¢ On-going assistance with installations â�� we can provide a full hardware supply and installation service for any hardware requirements. All our hardware comes with free configuration, any relocation / reinstallation is covered by your service contract.
    â�’¢ Email support â�� Requests for support can also be sent via email to our dedicated support email address which is manned all day and response will be as soon as possible. If an email is received we will try to respond via phone within 1 hour to sort the problem.
    â�’¢ Additional Equipment â�� whilst we will be keen to tender for any additional equipment requirements, you are not bound to purchase additional equipment from us. Additional equipment will be added to the service contract at an agreed cost.
    â�’¢ Disaster Recovery â�� Comprehensive disaster recovery planning and support is included in the service contract. We will make recommendations for backups and recovery options.
    â�’¢ Monthly report â�� every month we will produce a report showing response times, hardware and software problems and fixes, Server and PC hardware reports and recommendations.

    PC Servicing

    Every computer over time will slow down; this is due to the amount of work that it has to do and the nature of the work. Many temporary files, unwanted programs and malware or spyware can cause these systems to slow down. We offer a service where we can service your PC doing full system scans for viruses, spyware, malware unwanted programs, temporary files, cookies and removing anything which is causing a problem, we would also look at the state of the system to see how it could be improved for the best results while keeping the costs low. We would also carry out some other preventative measures to prolong the life of your PC.

    Server Servicing

    We recommend Monthly checks on your servers to ascertain the health of it. This involves installing all necessary updates and having them checked before going out to the whole system. We shall also make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible and notify you of any problems which might occur and how to prevent them from happening. We try to do all server servicing out of hours to minimise the amount of downtime for your company and an engineer would be available the following day in case of any problems.

    PC Repairs

    If for any reason you pc�s or laptops have problems we can fix the either remotely, onsite or in our workshop, this can be anything from a software problem through to a hardware problem. These sorts of repairs if carried out in our workshop will carry a fixed price fix for any labour so there will not be any unexpected labour costs.

    Server Repairs

    If the worst happens and one of your servers has a software or hardware problem then we can repair the system either onsite or in our workshop, we aim to get the system back up and running in the shortest time possible to cause the minimal amount of downtime for your company.

    Site Visits

    We can carry out site visits for a number of reason�s these can be routine maintenance as part of a service contract, ad-hoc support, consultancy for future installations/upgrades or general meetings to discuss requirements.

    PC Upgrades

    We can provide the hardware and software for any PC upgrades, and can install them for a set cost, anything from a memory upgrade to a complete motherboard change.

    Server Upgrades

    Over time your server�s will start to slow down, the software requirements might increase or the amount of data is growing and you will need to upgrade your server. we can offer server upgrades using original manufacturer hardware or 3rd party hardware, depending on your requirements.

    Network Setup, Configuration and support

    we provide a full range of network systems. This includes software and hardware for a complete solution. We can provide Microsoft based servers running the latest operating systems and software. We can also provide Linux based systems which are bespoke to your requirements. The network infrastructure which connects the system all together can also be deployed, without this stable backbone the system might not operate as intended. If there is a failure then it is critical that the system is restored quickly, this would be covered by our 3 hour callout as it is a Major problem affecting numerous staff. If you have a support contract with us then the network is automatically covered.

    Data Recovery

    If there is ever an occasion when your hardware fails and you need to retrieve the data, we can offer assistance with data recovery. This would be carried out offsite in our workshop and if required specialist 3rd data recovery firms will be used.

    Data Destruction

    As well as data recovery we can offer a data destruction facility where any hard drives or other data storage devices will be wiped using specialist software and then physically destroyed as well so no data would be retrievable.

    Virus Removal

    If you system becomes infected with a virus, spyware or malware, we can remove the problem in a quick and safe manner keeping your data safe, we would use a variety of solutions depending on the exact problem

    Broadband Services

    We have teamed up with a local broadband provider and can offer a cost effective solution giving you the access that you require using the latest technologies all with a personal service.

    IT Consultancy

    We can offer IT consultancy on any problem or query, if you are looking at improving your system we can help you with designing and planning for it as well as implementing it or project managing it.

    Software Installs

    Even if your system is running perfectly there will come a time when your software will need updating or you require new software. We can provide this software if required and we can then roll it out onto your system in a systematic way, evaluating as we go to make sure there are no conflicts with other software. This could be a single machine or a complete network rollout.

    Disaster Recovery

    Any business requires a comprehensive Disaster Recovery plan. We can offer this as a standalone service but this is automatically included in our support contracts. We will ensure that you have suitable backup solutions using the correct techniques and offer any recommendations on how to improve the system. we will also plan for any disaster and come up with solutions in case the need ever arises.

    Website Hosting

    We can provide our customers with secure, reliable web hosting using our own bank of servers, as well as hosted server applications, such as group email solutions. This provides access to the latest, proven technologies without requiring in-house resources.

    Web Design

    An effective web site that promotes your company and increases your business opportunities is key. Many companies are not realising the benefits that can accrue. We can take your existing site and provide essential improvements such as real time update through a normal web browser, or provide you with a new site or features from scratch.
