1. We are trying to use Twilio phone numbers to register Whatsapp accounts via Yowsup
2. Whatsapp does't send SMS to Twilio phone numbers and we use voice verification
3. Unfortunately we can't register accounts because when we send verification code WA returns: fail (temporarily_unavailable)
