Python / PySide6 Programmer For Desktop App

I need a developer to create a small desktop application using PySide6 and SQLite.

The GUI does not require external log in or registration functionality, I will be the only one using it - this is an internal application.

Styling - I will provide reference GUIs to guide you. Nothing complicated or fancy, just a modern, clean dashboard-style UI.

Home or Dashboard view to show an initial overview, number of jobs, coach companies, other basic stats

Functionality - basic overview: The tool will allow me to create 'Jobs' for my land travel brokerage company. Each job has numerous entry requirements, which are: Reference Number (TF####, unique to each job), pick up address, pick up date and time, drop off address, journey type (One way or Return), Return time (if journey type == Return), passenger number, wheelchair number, additional info (option field)

Once I create a job, I will be prompted to select a number of coach companies (companies displayed with depend on pick up location, once I select the companies, an email should be sent to them requesting a quote with the job details, where they can reply with their price.

Once I select a company, they should then be assigned to the job (an email should also be triggered notifying them they won the job with full job details and PDF job sheet (auto generated)

A section for me to manage coach companies (add companies individually and via CSV)
Coach company details are: Name, address, email, phone number, star rating.
I've developed a Web scraper to gather this info.

A basic file management section, where I can filter by job sheets and invoices

Doesn't need any frills or overcomplications, just clean ui and good functionality.
