Python project to print output to Excel

Python Project using Jupyter:

Please revise code supplied at bottom link (this is Python code using Jupyter) to print out the outputs for the method (Word Embedding, that is producing 95% accuracy) to Excel spreadsheet. Printed fields would include: hmid; cleaned_hm and predicted_category for all records. As well as accuracy, please print out Precision, Recall and F1 scores for all methods?
