https://github.com/apriha/lineage which is Python 3 needs to be converted into our two repositories which are PHP and Laravel. https://github.com/laravel-liberu/php-dna and https://github.com/laravel-liberu/laravel-dna

I want a standard PHP 8.2 support library then a Laravel Wrapper around it.
