Property Website

Description:

We are looking to develop an online property portal where users can advertise their properties for sale or rent. User of the site will also be able to search for these properties based on various filters such as location, price, beds etc.

Once registered, users will be able to add properties, add to favorite properties and setup property alerts and request details on advertised properties and upload. User will also be able to request appraisal for their properties from local estate agents using find an agent feature.

The website will also have a directory service where businesses related to property trade can advertise their business and users can search using this service.

For all of the services we need to be able to charge users using paypal buy and/or subscription option.

The site will need to be controlled via a CMS where all the info added by the users will be mediated prior to being made live on the site.

The site will need to be coded well and will be responsive and secure.
