Just simple JS or Jquery will do. We need a simple progress bar to update count of valid submissions for a SquareSpace site. It should not take anymore than 1-2 hours.

The behavior we want is when the "Pledge Your Vote" button is submitted, the div with id MPBar should be updated.
The counter {{submitCounter}} should be an actually number.
