Experience Level: Entry
I need a programmer to provide me with an .exe file which will convert a text file format into a .CSV file. The .exe should be able to run from the windows command line. Windows 7 and 10. Delivery fastest will be preferred (quick turn around time of about +/- 3x days if possible).

    Wait a second - I did take a look at the text file in the attachment, and there's some minimal "tabulated" data in there - do you want to have that extracted and converted into CSV? Because the text in the attached text file leads to a PDF form, which is something different entirely. Can you please clarify what/which exactly the "text file" is you're refering to and want have converted?
