Produce a terraform script to deploy resources to Azure

We are looking for help creating a terraform script that will deploy resources to Azure so that several micro-service web api services are available.

Project Requirements
Create a Terraform script that will perform the following actions:
- Create a Resource Group.
- Create an SQL Server Database.
- Deploy a dacpac to update the database schema.
- Create a Key Vault with some Secrets with default values.
- Deploy a Linux based docker image to an Azure Container Instance (image to be pulled from a container registry)
- Deploy a Windows based docker image to an Azure Container Instance (image to be pulled from a container registry)
- Deploy any vnets with subnets as required.
- Deploy Azure Front Door to act as the point of entry to the applications.
