php5 programmer to block private email domains posting scam ads, and on going maintenance needed as well.
i'm able to erase scam ads, i'm able to block fake ads from being posted when i catch them. i need to block their emails that they use from their scamming domain names that they own. and to block them from using their emails from posting the ads on my website directory.
