Php script that will run every 12 hours to update local database from idx feed

Hi,


I need a php script that will run every x hours (assume 12 hours) to get updates to new feeds.

This will require you to first obtain all current mls data to local database... then trim the script so that all future updates can be captured in the database.

I will provide
1. MLS idx login info
2. Access to folder where php scripts can be run. Mysql/phpmyadmin access will also be provided.



Your job is complete when
1. You provide me database filled with data current as of recent date.
2. When I run your php script, the local Mysql database will be up to date.
3. The method of storing images from mls must be discussed and agreed with me.
