Description of requirements/features: Hello,
We need a PHP script that makes a specific change to all ad groups in our Bing Ads account every day.
The script should read all ad groups from our account and then change the "Network" parameter to "OwnedAndOperatedOnly" for each ad group (see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/bingads/campaign-management-service/network?view=bingads-11). OAuth 2.0 should be used for authentication. The script should be compatible with PHP 7.2 and run with Microsoft IIS. Bing Ads provides a PHP SDK at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/bingads/guides/get-started-php.
