PHP/Laravel Full-stack developer for business logic & design

- Multiple subdomains all communicate and pass data; we'll need some time to get to know the code carefully to ensure we avoid mistakes
- System communicates with others by text message, but our Twilio connection has been hacked. This is one of three urgent projects
- Design is a small but important part of our requests. A site that does not look appealing is not one that people will use
- Clear, accurate communication is critical; no disappearing, no back-and-forth emails that are inspecific in nature.. Seeking a solid communicator
