I need someone with PHP design experience who can upgrade our website and admin configurations on the following

1. Payment gateway API integration
2. Admin configuration and updated with all live website contents and images
3. Product checkout to include TrustPilot reviews API integration
4. Reconfigure product listing template that will enable seller to choose multiple countries, currency, to sell their products
5. Design shipping cart that enable variety of prices and set days, for example, 1-2 days, 3-5days etc based on the country seller choice
6. Design browser cache that capture potential buyer IP address for marketing display on social sites
7. Reconfigurations of the website search contents and links and database products dispalay on recommendations to include all product from database. To be display on homepage and changes randomly at refresh of homepage
8. Additional features on vendor dashboard and user dashboard and temporary block and dispute template configuration
9. Reconfigurations of sign and sign up to be mobile number short code text enable verification Integration
10. Admin graphs upgrade to include export to spreadsheet and additional features e.g daily sales, site daily viewers, social media growth, IP address capturing
