My company has a rule where every outgoing e-mail (both within and outside the company) must have the relevant client/matter code (a 4 digit number) in the subject of the e-mail. It would look like this: "4002: Unpaid Invoice" or "5286: Response to Queries".

We use MS Office 365.

I would like the freelancer to create an add-in which, if an e-mail does not have the 4 digit code at the time the users wants to send it, a reminder should pop-out to remind the person to add the 4 digit matter code by stating "Please add matter code before sending". The user should be able to click ok to close the reminder.

If the user does not write the 4 digit code after closing the reminder, a second reminder is not necessary and the e-mail can be sent.
