I need an simple app for Android in NDEF that can send and read predefined ID's. App has 2 'sides': read and send. In addition, I need an admin side (can be within app or we based), where ID's can be defined.

    Are there any specific actions or processes associated with reading and sending the predefined IDs?

    What format are the IDs in? Is it plain text? Is that all you want to store on the tag. Do you need the IDs encrypted?
