.Net Webhook Receiver for Dropbox Webhooks - save changes to UNC

Create a .Net Webservice that consumes the Dropbox Webhooks. https://www.dropbox.com/developers/reference/webhooks

All changed files will be downloaded and saved to a UNC path using the same folder structure as in Dropbox.

example UNC path \\files.corp.x.x\Project\TEAM_FOLDER\...

Files to download will need to be queued to a MS SQL DB and downloaded separately via a separate service to handle volume and errors. Envision this eventually becoming a scale-out service so process downloads in batches.
